Can my quiz results be emailed to the person who did the quiz

I have created a quiz but don’t know how to email the respondents their specific quiz results. It would be so awesome if typeform does this. They have one of 7 relationship personality types they could get in the quiz and so would like the end they can get their results emailed. Is this possible?

Limiting typeform responses from the same person

Someone asked about this a year ago and there still isn’t a fix - can Typeform offer a button that limits a respondent from submitting to the same survey multiple times? There is currently no easy solution to this issue and it seems like a big one. I know Google surveys offers this. Any tips on a super easy solution? Many of the solutions I read in previous threads require more work on the customer side when this should be handled on the backend by Typeform. Thanks!

Email Follow Up

I am trying to edit a follow up email which is sent to my team after a form is completed.  I have gone into Follow Ups. selected the Action/Edit Action/Set Up Email/ then make the changes to the email content/Save Then when I come out and go back in, the changes have disappeared and has reverted to original email.  Please help.

Dynamic UTM Tracking on responses

Hi,If i pass a dynamic value through the follow UTM parameters will they appear on the responses in Typeform? An example of a url that ill be using is “example.com/?utm_source=google-ads&utm_campaign={_campaignname}&utm_term={keyword}“ By enabling the UTM parameters on my form will they dynamically populate with the relevant info that is passed through in the url? utm_campaign & utm_term will change depending on each click and where it originates from.   Thanks!

Previewing without decreament of response limit.

Is it possible to preview a form by filling it my self and get results, without affecting the remaining responses?I am new to Typeform, I test if it is possible to create the form I want, so I need a lot of tests to see if I get the right responses. I am not willing to pay, while I still test the Typeform.Thank you in advance.

Opinion Scale: How to show top three answers and link to products

I created a quiz that asks users to rate a series of statements from a scale of 0 to 10. Example: “I make the same mistakes over and over”From the answers, I want to take the top rated statement and link it to a product page. How do I display the top ranked answer, and what can I do multiple statements are ranked at a 10. I don’t want to add up scores or anything like that, just the top scored responses linked to a product recommendation. Thanks!

How to update a response answer?

Data seems to have disappeared from responses to a survey we are currently running. The first 49 responses to the survey are now missing the answer to question one. Luckily I have a record of these responses so want to go into the individual record and update the answer to that question, so it is no longer blank but I can’t figure out how to do this. Does anyone know how?

How to activate notification that a response has been received

Could anyone advise how I can forward any responses to my email through the Typeform integrated facility? I only wish to be notified of any forms that have been submitted.

Serious Limitation to Summary Reports - Ability to Filter!

We use a single form for all training feedback and need to be able to filter by date (at least) and create a summary report that can be sent to the customer.  Why is the ability to filter by date available within insights and responses - but not summary?!

Help! I lost my first lead through typeform

Hi everyone, I only recently started using typeform on my website and about an hour ago I received my first lead only to realise that I couldn’t get back to them since I didn’t include a contact form in my typeform. I also just upgraded my plan now to see if a followup could work with this specific lead but I am at a loss, does anyone know if this follow up will go to the person that filled out my form or have I lost them forever?

Rename question - spreadsheet column header

I observe the below with Typeform, when I rename a question in Typeform content:1) The column header is renamed in the Results page2) The column header is not renamed in the integrated spreadsheet. Probably, because the Typeform does not overwrite an existing header row.I can rename the column header in the spreadsheet manually, the new header value can be the old or the new question or entirely different text.Regardless, the answer value entered in the Typeform survey slide will write to the same spreadsheet column by position, which is okay.3) The downloaded csv file has the renamed question, probably because it is generating from the Results page and has the updated info. Ask 1: Is it possible for Typeform to rename the integrated spreadsheet column header when the question changes?Most likely when the Typeform changes are published, then to verify if any questions are renamed and update the spreadsheet header row?This check should be performed on publish, and not on survey answer s

Reorder Hidden fields

When we have 2 or more hidden fields, the Typeform survey url generated on Publish, has the url query parameters in the same order that they appear in the ‘hidden fields’ screen https://acme.typeform.com/to/He4vwwmH#chapter_location=xxxxx&client_id=xxxxx&first_name=xxxxx&last_name=xxxxx&client_email=xxxxx If I want to add a new hidden field, the ‘+ Add new field’ will add it after the ‘client_email’ in the above screenshot and so does in the url generated. I understand, I can edit the url for the end user and put the parameter in the order I wish. However, I would like to reorder the fields in the ‘Hidden fields’ UI so that the generated url matches the order too.Issue: If I want to add a new hidden field but should come first in the generated url, then I have to first delete the existing hidden fields and then add them back all in the desired order. The another side effect of this is that on deleting a hidden field, all references to it in the questions are removed. Ad

I created a scoring quiz and I don't know how to have the final score display on the end page

I created the scoring quiz and added the values per answer. My dilemma is having the final score be tallied and displayed on the end screen...which I can’t figure out how to do.

A way to see all new responses within all forms in a Workspace?

Hi there,I’ve got a number of similar forms set up in a workspace, and I’d like to know:Is there a way to be notified when a response is submitted to ANY form within a particular Workspace (rather than going into each form separately and setting up notifications? Is there a way to WHICH forms have new responses in a Workspace dashboard at a glance?At first, I thought the ‘Updated’ column showed you when the last submission was, until I realised they were when you last edited the forms yourself 😏Thank you in advance,Chloie

I see that I can download individual responses in excel but I’d like to download the report in excel, too. All I need is the #of answers and % as it’s a survey we use regularly that has only multiple choice questions. Thank you,Gustavo

Google Analytics Incorrect Source - Always Self Referral

I am trying to set up Google Analytics and Typeform so that it captures the correct Source / Medium within Google Analytics.One of my clients has a separate typeform domain set up for one of their forms - a link to this form can be found in the main navigation therefore it can be accessed from any page on the website. At the moment, tracking has been set up but all of the conversions currently have a source of referral, and when I look into this further, they are all from their website (eg self-referral traffic)How am I able to set up tracking so that I the correct source / medium is attributed in Google Analytics when users complete the form.eg a user lands on my clients website via Google Ads > they then click on request a quote > get taken to the typeform domain > fill out the form > once complete, a conversion should be attributed to 'Paid' in Google Analytics.Similar to organic - a user lands on my clients website via Google Search > they then navigate around the we
