I can't see any workspaces or forms in my account, an error occurs | Community

I am experiencing some issues after joining an organization. Currently, I am unable to view any workspaces or forms. Additionally, when attempting to open the following link: https://admin.typeform.com/form/Ma3pHBE4/results#responses, I receive this error message:

“We can't display your responses right now. Sorry, this is embarrassing but your data is safe. Please refresh the page or come back later.”

Could you please assist me in resolving this as soon as possible? I would appreciate your prompt help in getting access to the workspaces and responses.

Hi @bodyll sorry to hear you’re having issues viewing results in the new organization. If you haven’t already, I would recommend contacting the support team about this, you can submit a ticket via this link. They will be able to check your account set up and work out what’s happened to get you back on track 🙏
