To clarify, once the user makes a selection in an email version of a survey, can:

  1. the selection click open a browser to a specific question view within a survey
  2. then populate the user’s selection made in the EMAIL version of the survey into the aforementioned browser version of the survey

Hi ​@zornfett Yes, this is possible with our email embed! If you embed the form into your email, it should automatically populate the first answer. Our article here can share a bit more on how this works.
