Embedded Pexels videos not playing | Community

I have a large number of Typeforms that have Pexels videos embedded in them.
They normally load quickly and play beautifully. Today, they seem to play on the Typeform platform but not via deployment (email, web page embed etc).
Some are just not showing up at all while others do and play just fine.
What gives? Is this connected with Spain’s massive power outage of something else?
And when will it be fixed? 
FYI I’ve tried different machines and different browsers

Thanks John. I have raised a ticket but still not resolved the issue. Very perplexing.

It seems to have been fixed but I’m still not sure what caused the problem. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi ​@rodbanner Did the support team happen to give you any information on what might have caused the issue? 

Sadly not. I wish they had. It meant that the bulk of my Typeforms lost their ‘sparkle’ for a day or two and there was nothing I could do to fix it. They have since all recovered but I now live in fear…. 

Ah, got it, thanks for confirming, ​@rodbanner ! If you haven’t already, it may be worth following up to that ticket to see if there is any insight they can give you into the why behind the issue!
