I am trying to track via GA-4 the different endings to our web embedded Typeform quiz. One ending is an approved user and the other are not currently approved. I would love to be able to see out of the Typeform submissions we have how many are approved and how many are not approved at this time. Is this possible?

Maybe (not sure though) creating a Custom dimension in GA4 would help in tracking?
