Video not loading, but can hear the audio | Community

Hello, the respondent for my videoask uploaded their video response. So the video is 8mins long, the video is not loading and it was buffering. Meanwhile their audio only plays for like 3 mins, then it went silent. Is this issue occuring because of my respondent’s connection issue or is it because of a plan needing to be upgraded and that’s why it causes the issue? 

I’d be happy if you could assist me on this.

Hi ​@APF Happy Monday! Usually when this has happened to me, it’s for two reasons either 1) my connection isn’t great when I’m loading the video or 2) the respondent didn’t have a great connection when recording the video. 

If there was a payment issue (such as needing to upgrade), you would see a paywall that wouldn’t allow you to access the video until you pay. 

If you haven’t already tried switching your network connection to see if that does the trick, definitely do so, and let me know if that doesn’t work!
